Week 4: My resolution is to do one interval run + one 7 mile run! My next half marathon is coming up in about 5 weeks and I'd like to get up to 11 miles by race day. (I don't want to look like Homer!)
My resolution for Week 3 was to clean a bit every day. I have a terrible habit of throwing everything on my bed once I get home from work, then throwing it all on the floor once it's time for bed. This week, I've actually done a pretty decent job of putting things away. I also helped my mom clean out the garage because we got a new van. So overall, I'd call week 3 a success :) Week 4: My resolution is to do one interval run + one 7 mile run! I am on the same track with the cleaning. I decided that clutter makes my mind fill up with to much stuff. My new years resolution was to SIMPLIFY. It is amazing what this kind of thinking can do for you.I purchased a audio book to play in the car when I'm driving that explains how to cut down on everyday clutter, and what it can do for you. Your bedroom is one of the most important rooms in your home. So I have made it spa like. Nothing in there now but clothes that are hidden away in the closets and dressers. (That menas I have to put them away right when they come off me!) One candle and my aromatherapy and book. Oh yes...and my classical nature music. Don't get me wrong....love all kinds of music, but this automatically puts me into a calm mood and lifts my spirit!

I do the same thing! I throw clothes on my bed and then move them off when it's time to sleep and then wind up throwing them back on again in the morning. I'm so mad with straightening up and putting away laundry/clothes and keeping things neat. I should make this same resolution!
