For Week 2, I decided to up the intensity from Week 1. I resolved to work out every day, including three 5 mile runs. Here's the recap:
- Jan 9th: 25 minutes Exercise TV
- Jan 10th: more Exercise TV
- Jan 11th: cardo + weights
- Jan 12th: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (Level 2), Leslie Sansone 30 Minute Walk
- Jan 13th: 5 mile run
- Jan 14th: 3 mile run
- Jan 15th: 4 mile run
I didn't quite meet my goal this week, because I didn't get three 5 mile runs in. My ankles were killing me the first three days because I ran in ballet flats, so I didn't want to push it too hard this week.
Week 3 goal: Clean for 10 minutes every day, and do three runs including one long run (5+ miles).
