You know what it's like you really LIKE a guy, and he goes on and on about how you don't trust him? And then you convince yourself you should trust him, but then find out he's a total jerk who couldn't keep a promise to save his life, and isn't open and honest? And then afterwards, you're really mad at him, but you're mostly mad at yourself for not being strong and just cutting them out of your life, because you knew keep down that he was kind of a loser? Yeah. That was me this week.
This weekend, I decided to be strong. I decided to let out some frustration, chill with my homies, and and prove to myself that I'm strong. Yesterday, I ran 9 cathartic miles with a friend yesterday, and decided to suck it up and run 8 miles on the trail with friends today. They were hard runs. It was cold, and long, and difficult. But I did it.
Anyone else decide to be strong today?
