Ugh, I really am getting worse and worse at keeping up with this! Here's how I did with my Week 10 resolutions:
- 1 cheat item, 3x per week.
Utter fail. Partially because my nutritionist said he would be putting me on a new plan starting today, and to get any cravings out of my system. So every day was a cheat day last week! - Workout every day, and stretch!!!
Worked out 5/7 days.
