Week 10 resolution recap

Ugh, I really am getting worse and worse at keeping up with this! Here's how I did with my Week 10 resolutions:
  • 1 cheat item, 3x per week.
    Utter fail. Partially because my nutritionist said he would be putting me on a new plan starting today, and to get any cravings out of my system. So every day was a cheat day last week!
  • Workout every day, and stretch!!!
    Worked out 5/7 days.
Overall... fail. Let's try again!

You got it totally right about wanting to be in control of food instead of food being in control of you, I'm trying to work on this as well. Have you read The Body Fat Solution by Tom Venuto? If not I really recommend it.

I feel like I NEED treats all the time, but really I just WANT them :( So we can work on overcoming this together! I haven't read The Body Fat Solution but will be sure to check it out soon.
