If you haven't been to Fit Right's First Thursday Urban Adventure Run, you need to do it. It's a scavenger hunt for raffle tickets. It's fun. It's crazy. There's beer at the end. There are tons of people.

Also, Fit Right recently had a group run in Vancouver with New Balance shoes to test out, and a raffle for one month of crossfit at Industrial Crossfit... fun fact, I won the raffle. Time to work on those guns? JK, I'm going to wait until after I finish both marathons!
