My second mud run ever, and Cari's first. The Spartan Sprint was 3.5mi of hills and challenging obstacles and burpees... It was HARD. But I kinda wanna do it again next year. AROO!

Somebody at work got this for me!

That mud run looked awesome, and intense! Way to go! ♥ the tape holder, and a freaking concert at the zoo would be incredible.

Thanks, Kendahl :) The race really really kicked my butt--it took almost two hours to finish!!!--but I think I'm addicted haha. I'm surprised more zoos don't have concerts.

Omg, cutest office supply ever! Perfect for you! Also, as terrible as it was I kinda wanna train and try to improve on Spartan next year. Starting tomorrow I'm doing the spartan workout of the day!
