This travel-friendly pot combines steps three and four of the Flawless Face into one convenient package for touch-ups. The compact product, available in four shades, features Secret Camouflage in the left pan, Secret Concealer in the right pan and Translucent Loose Setting Powder in the bottom compartment. It’s the perfect size to pack in a travel makeup case or keep in your bag for touchups.
Product description (color/dupes): I tested this in UC-3, which seems to be a decent match for my medium, NC30ish skintone. The Secret Camouflage is a yellow-based cream product. The Secret Concealer is a peach-based cream product.
Pigmentation: I had expected this to be more pigmented and really cover up my dark circles, but it was medium pigmentation/coverage.
Texture: The Secret Camouflage is on the dryer side for a cream product, while the Secret Concealer is very creamy. The powder is finely milled.
Application: Thin layers work best, otherwise you'll get some creasing. I found that applying thin layers of all three products, and then reapplying a second set of thin layers covered up my dark circles the best.
Length of Wear: If you do thin layers, it'll look great all day. Be careful with the concealer--it's very creamy, and if you apply too much, you'll get creasing within a few hours.
Packaging: It feels a little bulky, but considering you have two cream products and a loose powder, it's not bad. The packaging works well, with a fliptop lid for the top compartment, and the bottom screws off. Also, when you have multiple products, it drives me crazy when one runs out way before the others.... I'm not sure if that will be the case here, but just something to consider!
Value: The pricepoint is a bit high for me, but you're basically getting three products in one, instead of having to buy three separate products. I've found myself using this more often than my other concealers lately, so I think it actually could be worth it.
Love it or leave it? (who would like/not like? Major points?) While I think these products work well together, if you're particular about your concealer/eye products, you might be better off buying individual products. I'd recommend this for medium dark under eye circles, and for those willing to put a bit more time into applying concealer.
