The ultra-smooth formula provides chip-resistant, fast-drying and long-lasting color. Nail Lacquer does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, or dibutyl phthalate (DBP).
"Angel Wings" is described on the Laura Mercier website as "silver pearl." To me, it looks more like a cream white pearl with very very fine iridescent microglitter. It's a pretty winter shade, but I feel like I've seen similar shades before. I did feel like this one was a bit more interesting though due to the varying opacity and glitter--It can be worn fairly sheer in one coat (a hint of pearl and glitter on your nails), or built up to be very opaque in four coats (so that your nails look like what's in the bottle).
The formula is quite good--I got about a week of wear without chipping, which is pretty good for me, especially with my nails being really brittle right now. The packaging is alright. While I like the look of the rectangular bottle, because it seems a little fancier than a regular cylindrical bottle, it does bother me when the lid doesn't align perfectly with the base! Just a bit of my OCD coming out, and while the lid can be adjusted to fit perfectly, it just bugs me a little.
The price is the major drawback for me. If it's a go-to color for you, the formula would justify the cost, but for me personally, I love the vampy colors of fall and winter.
