And then, today I got an email from Starbucks telling me about Free Pastry Day. :( My BFF who is also on a two week no cheat plan, and my other friend were going to try and keep Free Pastry Day a secret from me, so I won't feel so devastated. But little did they know, I'm on the Starbucks mailing list. And when I found out, I was really bummed.
I ate what was on my plan. And it wasn't fabulous but it was bearable. Since I ran out of salad, I ate roasted asparagus with dinner. It was delicious and filling at the time... but now I'm kind of a little hungry again.

Congrats on making it 3 days! I have to say that is a pretty strict meal plan so I really do mean it when I say congrats. I need to get my butt in gear with being more strict as well. Summer is right around the corner! I hear ya about those last 5-8 pounds...I would love to lose another 5 pounds, 10 would be amazing.

Thanks, Jamie! In some ways, having a strict meal plan is easier than several flexible meal plans because it involves less cooking, and less thinking. The problems that I was running into prior to the No Cheat Challenge are that I would cheat too often, and I would make substitutions that weren't calorically or categorically equivalent. :( Good luck to you with losing the last 5-10 pounds! You can do it!
