I have been told my many folks that when life gets in the way the best thing is to RESTART. Here I am restarting and not giving up on breaking this cycle. I am not going to use allergies or an elderly sick dog as an excuse.
Here is what I want to accomplish by Monday, February 1,2010
- At least 64 ounces of water every day
- Three gym workouts with weights
- Sit Ups and Push Ups.
- Sensible choices eating every three to four hours.
- Work on the clutter in my room.
