Break the Cycle with Molly: Restarting

Hello!  It is Molly and I am checking late this week.  I have been having ones of those weeks when life just gets in the way.  I have not been getting much exercise and my eating has been ok.  

I have been told my many folks that when life gets in the way the best thing is to RESTART.  Here I am restarting and not giving up on breaking this cycle.  I am not going to use allergies or an elderly sick dog as an excuse.

Here is what I want to accomplish by Monday, February 1,2010

  • At least 64 ounces of water every day
  • Three gym workouts with weights
  • Sit Ups and Push Ups.
  • Sensible choices eating every three to four hours.
  • Work on the clutter in my room.
