So I've been on various nutrition plans since November 2009, but this is the most recent and it's based on what I prefer to eat. The plan:
Today was my first day. Not too painful, except for the moment I walked into my BFF's house and realized, NO SNACKS FOR ME! But, I did discover a new surprising thing... Walden Farms zero calorie Creamy Bacon dressing! It's a bit tangy, and the "bacon" is soy, but it definitely will keep me sane. Here's today's dinner--I used Morningstar Farm's sausage crumbles, that have Italian seasoning. Pretty delicious, actually.
- Breakfast: 1 medium banana, 1 T peanut butter, 1 scoop Max Muscle Lean protein w/milk or water
- Snack: 1 Laughing Cow light wedge, 1 serving Wheat Thins
- Lunch: 1 pouch Tuna, 2 T low fat mayo, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1 c veggies
- Snack: 1.5 c Max Muscle Lean protein in water, 1/2 large apple
- Dinner: 2 svgs Morningstar Farms meatless crumbles + seasoning, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 2 c salad or veggies
- Post workout meal: 1.5 scoop Max Muscle Lean protein in water + 1/2 apple

Other news: it's allergy season. I know because I'm congested and sneezy. Fabulous. I'm going to need to stock up on allergy meds if I plan on running outside this spring.
